Our representatives will neatly transport the residents' trash to your on-site compactor or dumpster. |

Waste receptacles will be provided according to the individual needs and preferences of each complex. |

Disposal of any additional loose trash found in walkways, hallways and common areas. |
|
Resident trash bins will be monitored for leakage and/or spills. Waste bins will be treated & replaced when necessary. |
|
Compactor/dumpster area will be cleared of any loose debris, litter, or spills. |
|
Waste will be collected in company provided truck identified as 'Take Out Trash'. |

Take Out Trash, LLC is fully licensed and insured. |
